Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. eMark Beauty USA does not provide prepaid return shipping labels and does not offer free return shipping. If your order was shipped in multiple boxes, you must arrange and pay for return shipping for each package through a carrier of your choice, such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
