Return Eligibility
eMark Beauty accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused products or items damaged during shipping. All returned merchandise must be in brand-new, resalable condition with original manufacturer packaging intact.
Freight Damage Claims
If freight damage occurs during shipping, you must notify eMark Beauty within 24 hours of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Return Shipping
eMark Beauty does not provide prepaid return shipping labels or reimburse return shipping expenses. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and may use any carrier of their choice. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment, as damage incurred during return transit may result in a restocking fee.

Refund Processing
Upon receipt, eMark Beauty will inspect the return to verify all components are included and the item is in like-new condition. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
