Return Policy
Return Window Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they remain in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- eMark Beauty does not provide prepaid return shipping labels
- Use the carrier of your choice (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)
- We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as damage during return transit may result in a restocking fee

Return Requirements
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition
- Original manufacturer packaging is required for a full refund
- All components and accessories must be included
- Damaged or incomplete returns may be subject to restocking fees
Freight Damage If freight damage occurs during initial delivery, you must notify eMark Beauty within 24 hours of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
How to Return an Item
- Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging

- Your phone number
- Seal the package securely
- Ship to the address above using your preferred carrier
- Retain your tracking information
Refund Processing Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify that all parts are included and the condition meets our return standards. Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
