Return Policy

Return Window Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they remain in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • eMark Beauty does not provide prepaid return shipping labels
  • Use the carrier of your choice (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)
  • We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as damage during return transit may result in a restocking fee

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in brand-new, unused condition
  • Original manufacturer packaging is required for a full refund
  • All components and accessories must be included
  • Damaged or incomplete returns may be subject to restocking fees

Freight Damage If freight damage occurs during initial delivery, you must notify eMark Beauty within 24 hours of receipt so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

How to Return an Item

  1. Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging
  2. Include a note with:
    • Reason for return
    • Your full name
    • Your phone number
  3. Seal the package securely
  4. Ship to the address above using your preferred carrier
  5. Retain your tracking information

Refund Processing Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify that all parts are included and the condition meets our return standards. Upon approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

At eMark Beauty USA, we are committed to standing behind the quality of our products. Please review our warranty process below:

1. Contact Customer Service
Customers must contact our Customer Service Department at (940) 464-3805 to report any warranty-related issue. Our team will first attempt to troubleshoot the concern over the phone to determine if the issue can be resolved without returning the item.

2. Return Authorization
If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, the customer will be provided with instructions to ship the item to our warehouse for inspection. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item to eMark Beauty USA.

3. Inspection & Repair
Upon receipt, our technicians will inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies under warranty coverage. If approved, we will repair the item and cover the cost of shipping it back to the customer.

4. Replacement (If Necessary)
If the item is deemed unrepairable and qualifies under warranty, eMark Beauty USA will replace the product at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Items determined to fall under these exclusions will not qualify for warranty coverage.
