Free Shipping within the continental United States. Extra charges are applied to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other countries.

Return Policy

eMark Beauty must be contacted before returning any products, any products returned without contacting eMark Beauty will be discarded.

All shipping costs for the return shipment to be paid by the customer.

Returns are accepted for 30 days. Return payment will be sent the way the customer has paid. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Return must be received in sellable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility is to insure the shipment against damages.

Your new item purchased from eMark Beauty comes with a 1 year warranty. Warranty does not include shipping charges to our repair center.

Hours are Monday through Saturday 9:00am to 6:00pm CST. If no one answers leave a message and we will call you back. As part of our commitment to our customers, we will ship your item the same day as purchase till 3pm the same day. After 3pm we will ship the next day except for Saturday and Sunday.
